| The Service Department The Service Department at Ditch Witch of North Carolina has been recognized by both our customers and The Charles Machine Works, Inc. as one of the best in the Ditch Witch Dealer organization. Our staff of highly trained technicians undergo an exhaustive annual training schedule so that each of them remain on the cutting edge of the latest technology. Today, information and time are valuable assets. This is why every technician has computer access on the service floor as well as all of our service trucks. This gives our technicians internet access for up-to-the minute diagnostics information from our manufacturers. The computers also give each technician "real time" access to our inventory as well as the Ditch Witch factories replacement parts inventory. |
