is committed to designing and building equipment
that helps operators be as productive as possible.
And, one key requirement to productivity is safe
equipment operation. A variety of resources are available
from any of our locations to explain the correct
and proper operation and use of Ditch Witch products
including operator's manuals, videos, and one-on-one
training.
• Safety Videos. The Ditch Witch organization develops
a variety of videos each year from equipment operation
and maintenance to new products and safety.
• Request Training. If you would like to schedule a
training session, please contact
us, and we will set up a convenient time.
Always Call Before
You Dig
Before you start
any underground construction project, remember that
in most areas you are required to call your local One-Call
System. The Ditch
Witch organization is proud to support the national One-Call
System for safer equipment
operation. One-Call will notify participating utility
companies of your planned digging activities. Utility
companies will then mark their underground facilities
using internationally recognized marking paint and
flags.
If you don't call before your dig, you run the risk
of having an accident or suffering injury, causing
interruption of services, damaging the environment,
or experiencing job delays. Additionally, you are potentially
liable for any costs associated with repairing damaged
lines.
All Ditch Witch equipment prominently features the
One-Call logo and toll-free telephone number: (888)
258-0808.
